1600kVA Oil Immersed Transformer Successfully Loaded for Manila, Philippines Project

This week, Haosheng Power completed the loading and shipment of a 1600kVA S13 oil immersed transformer for an industrial factory power distribution project in Manila, Philippines.

The customer is a local electrical contractor responsible for the power system installation of a manufacturing factory expansion project.

At the beginning of communication, the customer mentioned that the transformer originally planned by another supplier would take more than 25 days for delivery, which would directly affect the installation schedule.

Because the factory expansion was already entering the equipment installation stage, the customer needed a supplier who could deliver quickly and provide complete testing documents for project acceptance.

After receiving the required specifications, our engineering team confirmed all technical details, including:

Capacity: 1600kVA

Voltage: 11kV / 0.4kV

Cooling type: ONAN

Winding material: 100% copper

Frequency: 50Hz

Standard: IEC

Production started immediately after confirmation.

For industrial projects like this, transformer stability is extremely important because any power failure may directly affect production efficiency.

To help the customer reduce long-term operating costs, we used high-quality copper winding and low-loss core material for this transformer.

Before shipment, the transformer completed all routine factory testing, including:

Turns ratio testing

Winding resistance testing

Insulation resistance testing

No-load loss testing

Load loss testing

Applied voltage testing

A separate factory test report was prepared and sent to the customer before loading.

For large-capacity transformers, loading safety is always one of the most critical steps.

Our logistics team used reinforced wooden base fixing, steel support locking, and anti-vibration protection to secure the transformer inside the container.

During the loading process, our engineers carefully checked the transformer center balance and fixing points to make sure the equipment remained stable during sea transportation from China to Manila Port.

The entire production and loading process was completed within 7 days.
